I contacted BikeBOT via email to enquire about a repair and a service on my winter bike, and my summer bike. BikeBOT responded very quickly and each bike was collected and returned within one day. The repair and services undertaken were extremely good value, and the mobile collection service excellent, very prompt and great for anyone with work commitments. I will definitely use BikeBOT again for future repairs and servicing and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I wish to complain regarding the recent work carried out on my wife’s bike. on sunday we went for a ride together and it would appear that you have fitted some form of motor to the bike. On the hills she was dropping me, on the flat i struggled to shake her off my rear wheel. It is clear that you have somehow doped her bike and made it go faster. If you could return it to its original state of slow up hills and flagging on the flat it would be appreciated. It is just not good enough that she can keep up with me !

I found BikeBOT on the internet while browsing for bike repairs in south Derbyshire. I thought I would give them a call on the off chance as I was off work for a couple of days, BikeBOT was extremely helpful and was able to collect and deliver my bike back to me quickly so I didn’t lose too much riding time. If you live in the south Derbyshire area give them a call, you won’t be disappointed .

Although the bike I have been using is an expensive one, it is a few years old and had been sitting in the garage for a while and hadn’t been serviced in a good while. A couple of rides on it soon made me realise, a good service was required and upon being returned to me from BikeBOT, the bike looked brand new and felt far better to ride – all the ailments of a slightly ageing bike having been sorted. In addition, the task of fitting new tyres, not one I fancied my chances of being able to do, was also sorted out for me and the bike was ready to go, looking like new. Currently training to ride Lands End to John O’Groats and will definitely be taking the bike back for repeat servicing as the ride draws closer.
